SWEEPSTAKE LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“COASTAL CALM RETREAT by PAZ TORRAS”

The commercial entity Confecciones Paz Torras, S.A. is organizing a promotional sweepstake in the form of a contest called "Coastal Calm Retreat by Paz Torras," aimed at female customers of the brand residing in Spain.

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The organizing company of this sweepstake is Confecciones Paz Torras, S.A. (hereinafter, "the Organization").

2. PURPOSE OF THE SWEEPSTAKE

The objective of this sweepstake is to promote the Paz Torras brand and to give visibility to the "Coastal Calm Retreat" event, an exclusive women's retreat that will take place from June 20 to 21, 2026, on the Costa Brava.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS

All individuals who meet the following criteria may participate in the sweepstake:

  • Are over 18 years of age.
  • Are Paz Torras customers.
  • Reside in Spain.
  • Correctly follow the participation mechanism described in these terms.

The Organization will only cover travel from peninsular Spain. In the case of participants residing in the Canary or Balearic Islands, they must be available to travel by their own means to Barcelona on June 20, early in the morning, from which point the group transfer to the retreat villa will take place.

4. SWEEPSTAKE DURATION

The participation period will begin with the official publication of the sweepstake and will end on June 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time).

The winners will be announced on June 6, 2026, through Paz Torras' official Instagram Stories.

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

To correctly participate in the sweepstake, participants must:

  • "Like" the official sweepstake reel.
  • Share the reel.
  • Comment on the post, mentioning which woman they would like to attend the retreat with.

The Organization may request proof of compliance with any of the above requirements.

6. PRIZE

A total of 3 winners will be selected.

Each winner may attend the retreat with one companion, who must be a woman.

Each prize includes:

  • Access to the “Coastal Calm Retreat by Paz Torras.”
  • Accommodation during the retreat.
  • Activities programmed by the Organization.
  • Boat trip.
  • Wellness activities.
  • Showcooking.
  • Sunsets and surprise experiences.
  • Welcome pack.
  • 3 complete Paz Torras outfits for each winner.
  • Transfer from Barcelona to the retreat villa.

On Sunday at noon, participants will be free, officially marking the end of the experience organized by Paz Torras.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other alternative prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The 3 winners will be selected directly by the Paz Torras team based on participation criteria and affinity with the campaign and brand values.

The Organization's decision will be final and unappealable.

8. COMMITMENT TO ATTENDANCE

The winners and their companions commit to attending the retreat once the prize is accepted. In case of inability to attend, they must notify the Organization as far in advance as possible.

The Organization reserves the right to reassign the prize in case of cancellation, inability to contact, or non-compliance with these terms.

9. IMAGE AND CONTENT RIGHTS

Acceptance of the prize implies express authorization by the winners and their companions to:

  • Be filmed and photographed during the retreat.
  • Appear in audiovisual content and publications of the Paz Torras brand, including reels, stories, social networks, website, and other promotional media.

Both the winners and their companions agree to participate in the creation of brand content during the experience.

This assignment of image rights will be free of charge and without territorial or temporal limitation for promotional purposes related to the brand.

10. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Organization reserves the right to exclude any participant who:

  • Fails to comply with these terms.
  • Acts fraudulently.
  • Makes false entries or uses suspicious profiles.

Likewise, the Organization may modify or cancel the sweepstake for a justified reason.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this sweepstake implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
