Returns & Exchanges
At Paz Torras we offer exchanges and returns of items within 15 days of receiving your order . To do so, it is essential that the items are in perfect condition and correctly labeled. Exchanges and returns are made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event that the purchase was made with a bank card, it is essential that the cardholder presents the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction.
How to make a return online?
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to make a return. In order to proceed with the return, the product must not be used and must be properly protected or preserved, without needing to come in its original packaging. If you meet these requirements and are not satisfied with your purchase and want to make a return, you can do so in one of the following two ways:
OPTION 1: GIFT CARD
To request a refund using a gift card, go to the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/paztorras . Gift card returns are not accepted. Gift cards do not expire.
OPTION 2: ONLINE RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange for a gift card, please access the following link by filling in the text boxes with the order ID and the purchase email: https://returns.itsrever.com/paztorras

Logistical information related to your online return:
Returns of orders from the Peninsula:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €4.95 per return.
- Gift cards are free.
Returns of orders from the Balearic Islands:
- Refunds to the original payment method have a cost of €6.60 per return.
- Gift cards cost €3.30
*Returns are not accepted from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Once we have received the package at our facilities and verified that everything is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount within 15 working days.
